As a former NCAA Track and Field athlete, Jennifer Hinds learned the importance of hard work, dedication, and team work. In her law practice, Jennifer applies these same skills in representing clients in a wide range of matters, both small and complex. While Jennifer understands the importance of informal settlement, Jennifer is not afraid to handle complex matters including in state court, federal court, alternative dispute resolution and administrative agencies. Clients rely on Jennifer for her valuable legal counsel as they face sensitive matters. Jennifer's prior experience includes representing banks, governmental agencies, international manufactures and Fortune 500 companies in dispute resolution in federal and state courts.
Jennifer graduated in the Top 15% from Loyola Law School and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Santa Clara University where she was also a member of the honors program. She has worked at international law firms and has tried three jury trials to verdict as a second chair and first chaired two bench trials and 8 arbitrations to judgment.
